_____ Underground Steel Shelter: The manufacturer warrants this product from leakage for a period of one year from the date of installation. However, this warranty does not apply to moisture that may appear which is caused from condensation due to the temperature variations, humidity, etc. Also this warranty does not apply to water that may come through the ventilators or the door.

_____ Underground Fiberglass Shelter: The manufacturer warrants this product from leakage for a period of ten  years from the date of installation. This warranty includes the door seal. Installation warranty, From time to time storm shelters, above and below ground, shift. We are not responsible for ground shifting for we cannot control Mother Nature and the forces underground. Once the shelter is installed, it will settle for weeks or months and may even become unlevel, which we cannot control.  If an act of Mother Nature, rain, earthquake, etc. affect the shelter, we are not responsible for it but we will gladly give you a quote on removing and reinstalling it.
